Learn all about sourdough bread baking. This class will cover setting up your starter and mixing the doughs. We will be making sourdough breads and other amazing sourdough products in this class. Grains and wonderful hints on how to make successful great sourdough breads. Make sure you take the Saturday class too when we will finish up what we did in the Friday class and more–they build on each other as there is just to much to teach in just one class!
Jan 29: Friday Midday Class 2:00 Pressure Cooking
There is always more to learn about pressure cooking. Come prepared to learn new ideas and new recipes for your instantpot/pressure cooker.
Jan 29: Friday Evening Class 7:00 Dinner Class
This is a hands-on dining event, where you will be cooking many dishes (& then eating of course!) under the direction of Chef Brad. This is his favorite way to teach and inspire the importance of bringing people together in the kitchen for connection, community, and conversation, not only that it’s FUN and sooo delicious!!

How often do you have a master in the kitchen with you?? We will finish up so many things learned the day before in this sourdough bread class to fine-tune this art. It is important that you take both classes.
Jan 30: Saturday Midday Class 1:00 Gluten-Free Cooking
It’s always fun to learn new baking techniques and recipes for those who need more gluten-free ideas. Come to this class ready to learn some really fun baked foods that you and your family will love. Also some fun pressure cooking to go along with the flat breads.
