Slippery Elm Bark, Powder- 1 lb
Used to relieve sore throats, constipation, stomach ulcers, and digestive issues. Mix 1 teaspoon with 1/2 cup yogurt, take as needed up to 3 times a day, or mix with tea or water. Honey can be added to make it more palatable. Tastes kind of like a strong earthy cinnamon.
