After a lot of experimentation and learning through failure, I have learned ways to simplify making sourdough so that anyone can do it.
In our class, we will learn 3 different, but equally easy methods using two ancient grains, Einkorn and Kamut to create delicious, nutrient-dense, beautiful breads for you and your family. We will also discuss how to convert every-day recipes to sourdough, how to add a variety of grains into your recipes and have an opportunity to taste these delectable breads. My goal is to have you leave my class equipped with the knowledge and confidence to incorporate this incredible ancient skill into your modern life.
