Aged Cheese-Making Class


*We are hoping we can do it Sat, Dec 12 but due to Covid permits the cheesemaker has to wait until his Jackson Farmer’s Market tells him if the market will be open that date or the week before (he sells there). SO, it will be either Dec 5 or Dec 12 depending on when the market opens.

This is the first time we’ve been able to offer this class and you do NOT want to miss it! There’s a small class maximum since it is so ‘hands on’, so sign-up as quickly as you can!
The class date will be in the first week of December–as soon as we know the date in the next couple days it will be updated here, as well as any more details added.
This will be a 4-5hr class at the cheesemaker’s farm creamery in Rexburg (a couple miles from my house). It will be a hands-on cheese-making experience using raw, A2 cow’s milk from Paradise Dairy (no hormones, antibiotics–basically organic!). Milk, cultures, rennet, etc. will all be provided.
At the end of the class you will have a 4-5lb wheel to age at home or you can choose to leave it in his cheese cave until it’s properly aged!
