Aged Cheese-Making Class


*We are hoping we can do it Sat, Dec 12 but due to Covid permits the cheesemaker has to wait until his Jackson Farmer’s Market tells him if the market will be open that date or the week before (he sells there). SO, it will be either Dec 5 or Dec 12 depending on when the market opens.

*You will not get a better quality cheese, and at 75% off its normal price!!

*We must get a minimum of 250lbs total before we can place this group order with the cheesemaker. Then our batch will be made JUST for us!

*We hope we will have our minimum order by NOV 30 @ MIDNIGHT. Then our pick-up would be approx. FEB 22–aged to absolute perfection 🙂

*Also, we will be bringing a few Food Saver machines so those who DON’T have one may portion out & seal their cheese if they would like to do so in order to keep it fresh. You may purchase bags if you choose to do so–IT’S RECOMMENDED TO PUT IN 1-1.5LBS OF CHEESE PER BAG–
